Cloning

Let's assume for a second that this guy really did clone a human.

What's your take on cloning? What if we could just clone organs, making each of us our own donors?

Or should we just bust a Nancy Reagan and just say no?

Thoughts, opinions?

Let's say a person a needed a new liver. I wonder how long would it take for that liver to develop?

Would the liver be mature enough and ready for transplant to the person from which the liver was cloned?

But looking at the CNN poll, the world is not ready for such advances. I wonder if those people who are against cloning would still be against cloning their own organs if they were terminaly ill?

I see cloning like alcohol, prohibition.

You may as well jump on it and regulate it because it is going to happen rather you do or not.
