Too many eyes were watching this for him not to. And the guy having a track record of this behavior only made it easier. The NBA has made it clear that they will not tolerate racism and homophobia.
 
For some reason I'm interested in hearing what Rush Limbaugh, Sean Hannity, and the other Right Wing Nuts have to say. Just to hear a different prospective and justification.
 
Ban for life and fine of $2.5 million dollars where the money will go to organizations that fight discrimination. I wonder will the NAACP get some of that money??

At least he did say he encourages the owners to make Donald Sterling to sell the Clippers. It's in the owners hands now, so the drama goes on.

I heard someone asked that question.

I believe the wheels are already in motion. By the time the owners reach their verdict, the transfer of ownership will already be done.
 
If Magic become the owner of the Clippers, the Lakers just might become Los Angeles second most popular basketball team.

Now that will never happen. The Lakers are the Lakers and the Clippers will always be the Clippers. They will not make it out of the first round this year. Typical Clippers....................

It wasn't just him, it was the whole showtime, Hollywood, fast break basketball style that they played with. But he was the center piece of that team.
 
If anyone noticed, Magic Johnson wasn't at the Los Angeles press conference. I bet he is somewhere with the other owners trying to get that transfer of ownership deal finalized.

Probably not since the market is not as big as Los Angeles market and the media coverage would not have been as great.

Well you agree with me. Magic's style of play and personality was a perfect fit for LA/Hollywood which in turn made the Lakers so damn popular.
