The problem with black people and the police can not be fixed from the outside. Because of ignorance in our communities young black men and women have little to no interest in becoming police officers.
It blows my mind how many Mexican Americans I see joining the police force.
Black people are sometimes complicit in allowing negativity to continue around our communities.
