Umm there is something really off here...

I saw it last night. Not sure how to take it but how did he die if she was going slow?

Oh well those pretty faced red bones will have you out their bad...

Folks die from jumping/falling off of trucks every day. I had a classmate that died falling off the tailgate and hitting her head and they were going no more than 10 MPH. But dead she is...so its no long stretch to see henry dying from jumping and hitting his head. Just saying he hit his head since head trauma is the most common result

I think the line that got me was " There was no place to stop on that road" WTF :xeye:

Yeah, that got me too. How about just stop right there where the car is rolling. :retard: She was lying about not driving fast. Why lie? Y'all were arguing/fighting, you jumped in the truck to get away from him, he jumped in the truck to continue arguing/fighting and you were driving fast and he fell out the truck. He assumed the risk when he jumped into the back of the truck.

Everytime I hear this story I think of the scene in the movie, Mr. and Mrs. Smith when he jumped on the car when she sped off. When she jumped out the car and left him in and it went off the cliff I said he should be dead.

Chris Henry's fiancee will not be charged with his death!

Loleini Tonga, Chris Henry's fiancee will not be charged with his death. Charlotte-Mecklenburg police announced Wednesday that there was no evidence Loleini Tonga drove recklessly or with excessive speed.

"The speed limit on Oakdale Road is 35 mph and the estimated speed at the time of accident was between 19-23 mph," police said in a statement.

Police also said that they interviewed Tong and she was cooperative throughout the investigation and her account of the events matched those of the eyewitnesses though no one saw how he actually fell off the truck.

Henry and Tonga had an argument after which she attempted to drive away in a pick-up truck. Henry jumped into the back of it and later fell off suffering severe head injury. He died a day later.

This is good considering the whole event is quite sadning and the fact that know one knows exacty how he fell off the truck!

Re: Chris Henry's fiancee will not be charged with his death!

She basically got away with murder. Flip the script and he'd still be awaiting bail.

Re: Chris Henry's fiancee will not be charged with his death!

Considering what we know, I agree with that decision. I don't think her intent was to kill. She would probably do anything to have her fiance and the father of her children back.

Yeah, like the article stated that her statement match those of other witnesses so one is left to believe (I think) that she didn't do anything to hinder his life.
