Folks, I been goin every tues and friday..and aint noticed a thing. This is like my 5th or 6th visit and he just put a lil ice pack and some vibratin things on my back for a few mins, then crack it then lay on this narrow wodden thing. He says the same corny things every visit. But my 1st visit they took an xray and said my spine was leanin to the left 15mm.....in other words am I bein gyped or what?

Why are you still going?
Perhaps you need to try another chiropracter?
Or maybe a physical therapist?

I would either get another Chiropractor or visit a physical therapist. I hope it works out!!! Crackin' bones are not fun...

I would go to an Orthopeadic Surgeon first. Then let them do the referral to a P.T.
