I like the new stadium and the proposed use of the old footprint.

They were supposed to be moving to the suburbs.

They still have a financing problem...over 4 Billion for this stadium with no parking. The public is not about to pony up the other 50% for it knowing they still have to pay off the debt of the reconstruction of Soldiers Field.

They might be using parking decks, as that seems to be rage now to take up less of a foot print. I would worry about the security of those decks and how people tend to pee in those parking decks. Where I work we have a parking deck and we get alot of people peeing in the deck even though there are cameras installed all around the deck. I feel sorry for the Parking Enforcement People and Camera Administrators that have to view those videos in order to file a report.

I was wondering about parking. The other area of concern is sea levels rising.
