That makes sense about Hicks. I can see how Spady was hired. It looked favorable on paper but as we've said so many times, the rolled dice doesn't always go the way you want it. However with Coach Randall, there were all kinds of red flags. No one seemed to care because of who she played for and how good an athlete she was. We live and we learn. Her replacement Coach Richards is the truth. So is Coach Maynor for AAMU. Correct me if I am wrong but it has been the committees recommendations that have been the source of recent hires. Yea they took the committee and made them top priority over Hicks cause he can’t get the job done alone. When you in a position of that caliber you fire someone with intentions of having a short list together. At first it seemed as if we wanted to wait until Spady contract run out before we hired Maynor

It isn't out of the realm of possibility that Spady was who they wanted all along...
