The Clown Prince of Crime
This will be the deciding factor in SU vs. JSU this Saturday. If yes, it will be a good ballgame. If not, 2004 may repeat itself.

JSU secondary is not that solid this year. They do have one DB that can shut anyone down and closes very quickly. I cant remember his name or jersey #

Our DB's are unfortunately our weakest point. Cox is solid but the other two cats at CB suck. One dude got burned two plays in a row vs Bama State when they were backed up.

The thing is with us, you never know who will get thrown the ball? We have about 3 speedsters. We actually use our TE as well so it may be tough. I know Wilcher or McNabb will be covering our TE.

Yes we can lol. .play a zone they cannot run the ball so stop their one sided attack.

Playing a zone means no pressure on the QB, an experienced QB at that like Dray Joseph. This isn't a freshmen like Asberry threw in the fire. Also, Trips forces your safeties to make decisions instead of just sitting back. What Dray completes a slant pattern in front of the safety and takes a good angle?. That is how the SU receiver scored in 2010.

Two words: Zone Blitz.

We get most of our pressure from the front 4. Watch #29 and 41 off the edges. 29 leads the conference in tackles for loss as a true freshman.

Another stupid attentionWhoring thread

And somebody tell me why Pop takes every opportunity to take a shot at JSU. The play you're talking about were both broken plays. In 3bcf games JSU has only given up 1 passing TD. So explain to me how the cbs suck again?

Our CBs are really good. Cox is good Sutton might be better. SUs wrs ain't shit. Who have they scores 20 points on other than a horrible PV defense. I'm not saying we have the best pass defense because we haven't faced an above average pass attack. SU hasn't shown me that there passing attack is above average.

POPs we changed CB after Perry got burned. Lester plays better Safety than CB. Woods bringing heat at Safety..Our Secondary is not that bad...Come on man...

That txso play where dude caught the ball was a pick route and cox just missed a routine tackle. Ppl know not to throw to cox.

Perry is that cat I am talking about. Wasn't he the one who got beat two plays in a row vs Bama State. Cox is a baller.

Perry has not played since tulane lmao, that was lester. Sutton and cox got beat once. #11 scored on sutton. Cox recovered and tipped the ball.

Oh, I thought that was Perry getting burned this entire time. I was mad as hell at dude. That isht did not make sense. I still don't understand how you get beat on the same route twice.

Why was this thread started ....there was already a wr v cb thread. Can this thread be merged? It makes no sense to have 2 open threads talking about the same thing. I don't know why this gut just can't hit the REPLY button
