Jackson is the only REAL coach in the conference.

Also, just like GR, it took me and a LOT of JSU fans time to accept Jackson but after we realized what happened and why he was hired, most of us got on his bandwagon. I SERIOUSLY found out about two days before the news broke and when I found out, I went home and just went to bed.. :lol:

Spady is probably the second best coach in the conference but he is at a smalltime school. That is what is going to hurt him. AAMU got their shine on when we had the 7 game mandate that allowed ya'll to to go Bham with multiple Ls and then **** came. Since you have a 9 game mandate and no ****, you will never get above JSU unless we absolutely suck. WRs? Really? We supposed to be scared of WRs recruited by Jones to play for THAT offense? Really? Nah!

So you gonna STILL say that.. We couldn't afford Jackson before and on top of that, we have never had a REAL opening for a coach since you and I have been born. Any time one of our coaches stepped down, was fired, or died, we KNEW who the next coach was gonna be. Even in this case, when we fired Comegy, we did look at some other applicants but it was pretty clear from Day 1 that even if you came from Bethune Cookman or MS State, you had to have certain credentials to knock Jackson out of the #1 seat.

..oh and you have no talent.

Huh? bruh, you are from FAMU, slow down. You probably wont even be in D1
by the time the season starts. You had a losing season last year, you had one
the year before that and you will have on this year. Last year you were preaching
about that horrible QB and Im sure you will do the same this year. Come on to Jackson
and lets see what happens.

we have plenty to offer here unlike Jackson where the crime rate is horrendous and the poverty level is high....im sure players rather come here than there..we have never had a problem getting talent on "The Hill" the previous staff just didn't know how to cultivate it..

One thing I dont do is throw terms around lightly. When I say you have no talent I mean that. I told Grambling 3 years ago that they have no talent, now look at them. You do have 2 talented players, #4 and that RB is better than average. You are not on our level. Both you and I know that. Weve beaten you 4 straight years in games that werent close. This will be 5 as we take off a fly away from the SWAC. At least yall are academically eligible though. Keep up the good work in the classroom, some people think its impossible to do

Get Ready the only reason yall beat us is Jones didn't know what he was doin and was too predictable when he played JSU it had nothing to do with talent that's why he was fired....we fixed that problem by hiring someone who knows how to beat JSU....

also you think Jackson who is dayum near 70 yrs old can outrecruit James Spady????...you think recruits rather play for a coach they can't understand or relate too??? .....GTFOH lmaoooo :lol:

I actually feel sorry for JSU it's bout to be the second coming of Bell....yall done really set your program back by hiring the old man....just don't run away from the board the minute yall start losing ....promise us that!!! you know you good for doing that isht lol

Nobody wants to go to AAMU. When will you get this through your head. You can have that Texas A&M guy become your coach and no one would care. That's just how unpopular and irrelevant AAMU is.

When Jackson was at those schools it was only for ONE year each as he tried to make his way back to the NFL. You know NFL coaching jobs are not easy to get and keep right? .. and during those time, we didn't have an opening... When he went to NCCU, WC Gordon was our coach. When he was at Benedict and Virginia Union, Big Daddy was winning SWAC titles. When Huhges was hired, he was a WR coach for the New Orleans Saints. When **** was hired, he was leaving Kentucky to go to Baylor. So yes, he took some jobs he may or may not have wanted to get himself back to the NFL or 1-AA ball but he was making WAY more than WC Gordon, Big Daddy, Hughes and ****.

So again.. stop asking questions if you not gonna like the answer.

Wats gonna be funny is ya'll sadness. LOL Ya'll can't beat Comegy. .. and actually Comegy might have a better OC in Shawn Gregory than he had at JSU. If so, ya'll in trouble.
 
you know its true GR and our AD fixed the problem by hiring a coach that knows what he is doing ...Jones is no longer at A&M now so its gonna be open season on JSU!

and yes the season tickets are too high...people are planning to buy the week or day of the game but those who still want to buy will buy them

Dude can you read? How can we afford him on years when we didn't have openings. On years we had openings.. 1992 (Tampa Bay), 1999 (New Orleans Saints) and 2003 and 2006 (Kentucky/Baylor --same staffs) he had jobs paying him more than the JSU job... on top of that, we already had preselected coaching in ALL of those years. The same goes for Fred Jackson. We always wanted to reach out to him but we knew we could not pay more than Michigan.

Again, you don't like the answers so you try to avoid the facts. Maybe if Jackson was at Benedict when we had a opening, we could have hired him. But he only stayed at the D2 for short times which shows you, he only did it to get a check.. a lil check is better than no check. In fact, he could have been the HC at Benedict but he turned it down to go back to the NFL.

Its funny how you keep harping on Spady but it ain't like Jackson was applying for jobs... Spady was applying and getting turned down. As if he REALLY wanted to be at AAMU. Don't mess around and let a better job open up. He gonna be applying every where just like Jones was.
