Cam Newton's brother Caylin makes college decision

Caylin Newton will be taking his talents to Howard University in Washington, D.C.

The younger brother of former Auburn and current NFL star Cam Newton announced his decision Thursday on Twitter.

"I am extremely blessed to be attending Howard University for this upcoming Spring semester!" he wrote. "On to the next chapter in my life! #TherealHU"

I was hoping that we'd offer him but we have a couple of 3 star QBs that sat out last season along with another incoming QB already for this season.

From my understanding you guys had a number of transfers last season. More than us.
 
I think he went to Howard for the education. Yet, knowing his dad he probably negotiated himself a professorship at Howard.

Lets not do that today :D. lol

He's bringing more star-power to campus though. I may have to make early HU HC'ing plans if all goes as I hope it does there.
 



Good for him. I use to work at Grady and saw him walk the hallways all the time. I wonder if he will have any kind of surgery for his legs
