Breaking News: Govenor Arnold Schwarzenegger has denied clemency.

Justice is being served. Writing childrens books don't exclude you from being punished for four murders and whatever other murders we don't know about.

don't know Tru, but it won't stop people from killing...the states that have death penalty have increased murder rates since they've had it.

Where's the article showing where Arnold said no? This article is about the circuit court denying a last minute appeal.

According to the article, "Schwarzenegger could have commuted the death sentence to life in prison without parole." Is this the right thing to do?

I am not either. Paul in the Bible was a murderous man, killing Christians. God turned him around.

:| The death penalty isn't going to solve any of this. There is still going to be gang violence in this Nation. May God be with him.

It is a hard decision for anyone. However, I think he could serve more good alive NOW than he will dead. Even so, his book is written so it will touch a soul somewhere. In fact all proceeds go to anti-gang organizations. So dead or alive, some good CAN come out of his wrong acts. I read an article where he apologized for founding the Crips. God has the last say so on his soul.

I never believed in the dealth penalty although some criminals might make a person emotional enough to want to have them killed...like people who perpetrate crimes against innocent children. I don't find that killing him will deter the next murder in the US or the state of California. There will be a death there tonight...a robbery...a kidnapping.

Oh, the victim's mother (Mrs. Owens) said something to the effect of people who support his life have not lost anyone to murder. Well, I have lost a brother to murder in the state of CA. No witnesses, no information. Unsolved.

I lost my aunt due to murder four years ago and I still don't believe in the dealth penalty.

Ok, so he's leaving this world. What about the founders of the Bloods, Gangsta Disciples, Vicelords, Latin Kings, etc....?
