BPW and Personal Assistants

...every woman that I've had to report to, it was something with each one of them.

Dont know what kind of jobs Crit done had, or she just may be the type that take whatever, or she got one of them jobs where its non demanding for anybody. But when speaking of women bosses amongst my peers on the job, everyone speak the same language as far as them being straight bytchess.

The job I have now. Guess what these ladies in my office said after I had been there boss for a while?? "Larry, I dont ever want a female as my boss again".

Yall gone have'ta wait until I get home for me to post about my boss lady smh.

Snake, I work in public relations for the City of Atlanta and the "world's busiest airport." My job (and prior jobs) and the office I work in is very high-profile and demanding. Prior to that it was media relations for FEMA and PR for Jackson State University and then I was a reporter for the Clarion-Ledger (Jackson daily newspaper). Every job I've held has been demanding and stressful on different levels.

And as far as "taking whatever," ya'll should know just from my personality on this board that I'm not one to be "meek and mild."
What I know how to do is not rub bosses the wrong way and do my job VERY WELL. Now if that puts me in a position where I don't catch the bytch attitudes from women bosses, then so be it. All I know is I got a good job with a long list of references, if I desire to go elsewhere. I play the corporate job, and I plays it well!

I had a female boss once, and there was nothing but tension. I think she knew I was smarter than she was and she was resentful because I didn't 'bow to her inferior intellect'. When visitors would come to our area, I'd be our spokesman and she'd just stand there, trying to 'amen' whenever she could. This went on for a couple of months.....

But after we phugged in the parking garage, everything was all good.......

:lmao:
Yall know I'm lying.....

:D:D

Hello~~but sometimes I can't help it. Especially when my boss starts making smart comments about whatever is going on.

My boss is a YT lady and very smart at what she does. But I don't give a dayum, if she wrong- she wrong and it seems I'm the only one on her team that will tell it to her face. Everyone else will talk about it behind closed doors and whisper about it, but when we in a meeting they'll just go along with whatever she says. I get it- becaus she's the boss. But fugg dat, I'm the only one who seems to not mind telling her what's on my mind. In the meantime the other chicks go in the bathroom and cry about how her decision is affecting them. Fugg dat~

And nothing is wrong with that. If I felt so strongly about something that went against what my boss thinks or wants me to do, I'm going to address it. However, I ain't taking no crazy approach. It's a way to say everything. And I've learned what to say, what not to say and how to say it when I need to say it. And so far, it works for me, because I never had any major issues with my female bosses-- or any boss period. Now co-workers?!?! That's a different story...

The issue I brought up to my boss, she was reluctant to accept it at first. Then after new years passed, she came to us in a meeting setting talking about her new years resolution. Her new years resolution was the very issue I spoke up to her on. All I could do was laugh. She's a mess for a lady her age.:retard:

That's exactly what they do.
