Billy Ray Hobley - passes

Just announced this A.M. the passing of Billy Ray Hobley former Dillard University basketball great and retired Harlem Gloebtrotter.

Coach Hobley died at Dillard while playing tennis yesterday.

Sad news!

I met Billy Ray a couple of times down at STERN tennis center in New Orleans. A good guy. A pretty good tennis player also.

Sorry to hear the sad news. I've lost several friends the past 5 years who were playing tennis also. How ironic!
