Biggity Talk: Bold Prediction

He was a pretty good player... actually came close to being #2 alltime yardage leader in history. The Hampton fumble didn't piss me off at him...It pissed me off at the sidelines for calling a pass play when Hampton had no timeouts and barely two minutes on the clock.

His numbers against GSU were always better than mediocre so I guess that means your defense is less than mediocre, but I've been telling you that for a while now. Guess Bell was right about one thing... yall really don't know football.

He was less than mediocre. But you have to say good things about him cause you put all of you support behind him. At the time I tried to tell you that he was mediocre. But you keep pretending like you know football when you dont. And dont put up a bunch of meaningless stats. Who cares how many TDs and yards he threw on Langston and Concordia.

Thats why Bruce wasnt shcit to anybody in the SWAC. We all realized that all he did was put up big numbers on bad teams.

Landers was not good. Dillion is not that good. You might want to go ahead and move him to WR. Give your back up some experience at QB. He cant be any worser than Dillion.

You are so right. Bruce did post a lot of big numbers on Jackson.

Sometimes I feel like the guy who picked on the short bus kids... do you see the "ignanze" that comes out of his mouth. I keep telling yall that Robber is the brains of the Mafia... I know TP is book smart, but I'm talking about well-roundedness...you know "good sense" (Thanks Robber).

Dude talks and leaves himself wide azz open... now if Dillon isn't a qb and his defense is so good and well-coached, Why in the hell did Dillon win Offensive MVP for his 3 passing td's in the SCG? They let a converted high school qb/lb whup that azz. Man, we could whup them with Rutland at qb (God forgive me for that insult)

And that was your last scoring drive. After that, your offense was shut down for the rest of the game.

Hey MB

Remember how bad you use to talk about Oliver? Remember how bad you said he was? Im guessing that no matter how good a JSU QB is you will say he is bad. No matter how mediocre a Gram QB is, you will say he is great. Thats my conclusion...

Then - Your rbs "slashed thru" our defense...
Now - We didn't try to run on you.

(See MB's post for evidence of the contary.)

Then - You have 9 senior starters this year.
Now - We don't have "starters."

(How you gonna celebrate having seniors starting and then say well we really don't have starters?)

You must be confused. At least, remember what you say. Damn...

I will have to look at those stats to see what you all are talkin about 'cause in game one Rut passed all over that sorry secondary of yours....then in game two, once our RBs were eating ur d up, we went to the air for no apparent reason.

Just because you have them listed as starters don't mean they are starters in the sense you are thinking of. My point is that we have a LOT of seniors on this D and they won't miss a beat.

Here's something for you to ponder while you are looking for your next spin. How can a QB pass for 250 yards but only score three points on offense?

Yeah, I remember clearly MB's putdowns of Oliver.
Oliver not only made a fool and liar out of MB, he literally DROVE him from TSPN for six weeks, something he's NEVER done since his first post.

Maybe Rutland or McDonald can do an instant replay.

Please don't try to make it seem like your defense shut Grambling down. Just because we didn't have six 90 yard TD drives doesn't mean shat. With the exception of the fourth of five possessions, which was a 3 and out,we moved the ball at will on that darkside bullshat in the first half. We had 218 yards of offense in the first half of that game (a rarity for the G-Men last year). We just ran out of time on our fifth drive and our kicker missed a short field goal.

In the second half, I'll give your defense credit. You did stop us on the first drive when you recovered a fumble. You then kicked a field goal and we returned the Kickoff for a TD. Then our defense came up with an interception and our offense did it's job and scored off of it.

On our next possession, Dillon got greedy going for the jugular and you got the interception. He really shouldn't have thrown the ball but we were up 27-9. I don't think anyone GAF. The game was over.

You stopped us again on the next possession but then we got a fumble and our offense did its job on an 18 yard drive for a TD.

Coach Broadway turned the lights out after that. We didn't even throw a pass in the fourth quarter. We ran the ball to run the clock out. You didn't stop us. We showed you mercy.

Your RB #5 had two good runs to start the game and then fumbled. Afterwards, your running game was non-existent. Woody didn't go to the air like you're saying. He tried to be balanced. Our defense was just that good.

Thanks for proving my point.

Your first possession was 50 yards which you got after what should have been dead ball but the refs helped you out again just like the year before. We didnt have the players to overcome the refs this time.

Your second possession was 90 yards. Thats 140 yards.

The last possession of moving the ball was on your last possession right before the half. We were playing a prevent, you were suppose to move the ball.

Like GR said above, your offense was shut down but you may have packed it in because you had a lead. Your over rated QB tried to do a lil something, but he just wasnt good enough.

You won the game...no need to over analyze what happened, but I read where you guys try to act like your offense scored those points when they only scored 1/3 of your points and couldnt move the ball after your second possession of the game.

A lie ain't nothing for a Sippian... I posted immediately after the game and the weeks following. Hell, I could say the same about your and Handshaker but wth...no biggie.

As for Oliver...I didn't say he was sad, I said he didn't impress me and was to erratic. Did I lie...he could go from Aw Man to Aw Shiit from one play to the next.

Refs huh?

Damn shame ain't it? Dude done witnessed his share of whupping dem from his childhood. Were you around (talking to G4L) when I told about the long ride home when he was a child, sitting in the back seat of the Rambler Station wagon crying his azz off after YET ANOTHER loss to the Tigers?
It scarred him... we're the boogie man in his football nightmare. Except this boogie man isn't imaginary, we physical like a futha mucka.

Man I'm always surprised when we lose to JSU... I grew up watching us whup that azz. Now I'm damn near old as Mighty Dog and we still whupping that azz. Watch us lap them in wins in the next couple years...I hope they keep making that SCG so we can double down on that azz.

Yup... I was here for those.

I wonder do they know they have never had a series lead on us. EVER... A lifetime of ass whippings will do that to people.

Quit showing your age MB. Yall had our number in the '60's and '70's. That's how yall got that series lead.
WC came on the scene and put yall in check in the '80's and Big Daddy drove Eddie into retirement in the '90's.

Yall are just like SU, starting out well against us in the '60's and early '70's, then we took over from there.
Since 1980, JSU has a winning record against SU and Grambling combined. GSU can't say that against a combined JSU and SU, neither can SU say that against a combined JSU and GSU. Based on those stats alone, JSU is the REAL MAC of the SWAC.:nod:

I mean really,
that old ancient crap.
JSU whooped gram with a white QB
JSU whooped gram with a QB with dreads
JSU has whooped gram so much until when we win it's like whatever
somebody feeling that uGly azz team waaaaayyyy tooo much.

I guess your definition of shutting someone down is different than mine. Shutting someone down, to me, is what we did to your team twice this season. Barely let them breathe and when they end up with good field position choke their arses.

Hence, your team's offense only managed 1 TD (on a blown coverage) in two games against us.
