well on tv, SU sounded a million times better. show was executed better, overall sound was full and great.

Grambling, sigh.... i mean it looks like do yall dont even take the horns on the field to practice. it's like as long as yall are standing still, it's aiight, but as soon as yall take a step it goes from 100 to zero. almost like yall don't know how to march and play.

from someone sittin at home watching the game, SU all day.

What does "Distant Lover" have to do with the Katrina tragedy and tribute??
I still haven't figured that one out yet.:no:
 



From what I saw on TV, neither "wowed" me but SU did sound and look better.
SU's Dolls looked gorgeous! :tup:

That's right and actually I don't have an issue with it. Dr. Greggs used to play a solo once a year at the last home game during halftime. I enjoy the "master" showing off to his pupils. Sometimes, I argue a motion or doing the closing argument in my student's cases and they get a kick out of it; perhaps musicians don't feel this way.

Grambling used to roll out a Wurlizter on the field at halftime and play that, which was far worse than Panell playing at the BOTB, IMHO.
 
Anyone got SU playing the Beyonce song! That was on point the could have marched out after that. The crowd was on fire during that song.:flamethro

I tried to tell you but, you would not listen to me.
I'm hurtin' very badly,...but, I will recover.
I will always be behind "The World Famed".

I just don't have anything else to say.

So,...at this time I have to turn away from all of these preceedings.
I yeild all my time and future post on these threads to my two greatest rivals.

just finished watching all of the BOTB clips.......all i can say is WORLD SHAMED yall ummm :saw: ooooooohhhh:saw: ooooooohhhh:saw: got slaughtered
 
All I got say is if SU would of played all them tributes like Grambling did they would be the America Heros of Bands and SU people would of said they showed some class, respect to New Orleans and said some other bullshat.

Yeah Grambling played alot of tributes but the sh!t SU played back wasn't all that and what happen to SU trumpet section, the whole section miss notes on ice cream man and Can u Feel it. Also remember GSU don't get no kinda love in the N.O.

Big ups to GSU lower brass they were really digging in SU @$$$.
