Making commercials is an occupation. My sister is the owner and president of a voice over company/advertising company in CA. Indeed being in a commercial is employment and they are paid for their time. It is a legal occupation and it is an upstanding occupation.

Now, what I'm really trying to figure out, from reading just the first page of the other thread and this entire thread, is why would a person who works in an investment firm have a problem with someone capitalizing and maximizing on his personal appeal??? Kwame has made an investment in himself by "cooning" on NBC every week trying to get a job, and it has paid off with an endorsement offer from KFC.
