Jackson State University is a MAJOR HBCU and just happen to be the home to the SWAC Champions in dayum near everything.. AND a band that smooookes you every single outing. LMAO! Gramblinites please don't drop to the level of ignorance because some peeps just thrive off of drama and that's sad! I want to give them the truth... in case THE JACKSON STATE UNIVERSITY comes up in conversation again... Just so they won't look stupid the next time... Don't yall believe in that at Grambling? Far from sensitive bruh i just don't deal with bullsh!t, immature azz folks, and go back and forth with peeps like i'm in damn middle or high school and this will be my last statement dealing with this topic! Not one school in the SWAC has room to down the next because all of us are still light years behind the USC's and Florida States' in everything but if you are satisfied with being good university in the HBCU world then so be it! Grambling has and is making strides and has raised the level of education for their students and will continue to do so but we aren't perfect! One thing i have always admired about Gramblinites is most are well grounded and humble and know there is room for improvement and we don't lie to ourselves and get lost in the midst of school pride like many others do! Every SWAC school standards need a serious reality check! I see why i'm not on this bs much, Thank God!:shame:

I agree, we shouldn't down each other. If you'll read back, you'll see that JSU was downed... and I just corrected it, because I hate to see my people go on ignorant. Now, I can't apologize for the feeling the FACTS may have hurt.

and no... JSU is not USC and FSU, but here again.. you are thinking in football terms obviously, because those wouldn't be the names to drop.... :retard:.

We are not satisfied with being the #19 HBCU in America (even if it is good enough to be the #1 HBCU in the SWAC). :shame: It's still sad. But we were #33 in 1995. Our goal is to become "America's HBCU". 18 spots ad a lot of years to go.

Are you playing the victim role... Big bad Jackson State pickin on your school. lol. Man, please... my mom, both my sibling, grandmom... heck probably 40% of my family that went to college went to Grambling. It's not about disrespecting Grambling... it's about me enlightening my SWAC brothers who "disrespected" JSU. That's all. ...nothing more, nothing less.
