This guy is a "white" co -worker of mine who happens to be a University of Northern Iowa grad and ex football player. He also he a couple of brief stints in the NFL with the Miami Dolphins and New Orleans Saints as a OL in the 80's. He's okay for a tall big white guy, but since he had the nads to come on our board and talk ish, please feel free to unleash the wrath of the SWAC on his PWC azz.
Seriously, he can smack pretty well for a "white" guy and we are at it all the time. He actually attended a SU game on our campus when he was with the Saints, so he knows a little bit about the SWAC. But I have straighten him out all the time when he talks trash about the SWAC. He is a big 1-AA fan and is not that fond of the major PWC's so I'll give him that. Still trying to educate him on the SWAC though. So show him no mercy. BTW, the Gateway conference board was their official site so they banned all that smack stuff. I guess their Commish didn't like the tone. They do however have sites like this one with no official ties to the Gateway.

Im glad that you rank among other football greats from the Gateway conference like....ummmm, errrrrrr, uhhhhh.....those other guys.
I know you get pretty busy running back and forth to the coffee pot for JR, so it's good you took the time to make a post.
By the way, you need to get initiated into the SWAC family.
You must show up in Scotlandville at 12 midnight wearing Khaki pants, Birkenstocks and a T-shirt with SOUTHERN SUCKS on the front and SWAC SUCKS on the back.
You might get called up from the Saints, cuz im pretty sure you will break the world record in the forty yard dash that night.

of the SWAC . Let him tell it, all our OL are short and fat, then I remind him of the Hall of Famers like Jackie Slater, or the recently deceased Leon Gray and others. I am sure we'll hear from him time to time, but just give him a nice SWAC welcome.~snicker again~
He did tell me this morning you guys were crazy, so he did enjoy the smack back at him. I told him he had not seen nothing yet. The funniest thing about him is he has a Grambling hat he wears. I told him I have to get him a SU one cause that GSU hat gotta go. LOL

Our offices are big enough to accomadate, especially mine. We don't have cubicle city like I had when I was NASA in H-town.
He is about 6-6 and 300 with no fat hardly. So he's pretty big size. I tell folks his my body guard. Imagine me at 5'9 standing next to him.
I don't think he met Warner. He was in school back in the 80's so he didn't come across him. He is however a big name in UNI history. So I guess that accounts for something. I just try to get some Shula stories out of him.

A certain Southern grad I know was talking about how he'd rather be the Bayou Classic champion than a 1-AA champion. What?
Play in the Superdome and be famous for a year...in the South only? You carry that national championship trophy all over the country and people respect you. The Bayou Classic, as wonderful a spectacle as it is (and it is, White CoWorker watches it every year) just don't sell in Bucktussa, or Des Moines or anywhere else that the kudzu don't grow.
One thing...there ain't shiznit for bands in the Gateway.

Maybe the GMen will arrange a home and home with one of you Gateway Conference guys. Would be fun to compete against you fellows and prove what the SWAC has to offer in terms of a Champion.
No doubt, I think the GMen would take car of each of the Gateway teams that you list. Too bad we won't get a chance to settle anything on the field this year.
