Anthony Jones to ECSU

[Loyaldawg90]

Coach Anthony Jones will lead the Elizabeth City State Football program. This is a great opportunity for him and I hope he gets them rolling. Seems as if he won’t have much money to give a staff especially with him being a Head Coach and Advisor. He probably will recruit some old A&M staffers. Congrats AJ.

Cool. He was the wr/te/s&c coach and helped coordinate the offense until he took over as full time oc when I was there. Good coach. Helped a few guys get into the League.

We already know his offensive schemes. Run up the middle, run wide right, run wide left.

Congrats Coach Jones

Why didn't AAMU hire him back? Yall had more success when he was the coach. Yall let a good one get away.:snicker:

Hopefully he gets some success I know Morgan State will open after this season that’s probably a job he is eyeing and Del State too. Ciaa is very competitive but he should do well

looks like they want a clean slate for the Jones era at ECSU

Jones will get them a couple of 6-5 and 7-4 seasons. He won at Morehouse and they didn't put money in their program when he was their.
