ANOTHER RYAN PERRILLOUX RUMOR....

Journalist

Listen up maggots! And that's an order!
I read on the NOLA forums that Perrilloux is transferring to Jackson State...

this makes like the third school I've heard he's transferring to in recent months.

1. Southeastern La.
2. Grambling
3. Jackson State

Why this a-hole didn't just go to Texas like he shoulda in the first place?

That's news to me....:topic: I know one thing JSU is trying to hit the Baton Rouge area hard in baseball..I know of 5 high school baseball players that JSU has been working overtime on,and 4 are pitcher's,3 of the 4 are lefty's..

What's to say he'd be starting at Texas?

GR doubts that son. Unlike sorry SU, we got players and coaches. GR is sure he could be president of SU.

Our coaches dont run QB sneaks on the goal line with no timeouts remaining....you still want to talk about coaching?

While you are cosigning for just any and every thing....
you need to be worrked about the debacle going on at SUs campus.
While you at it, you need to figure out why Ryan aint considering SU if any of the rumors are true.

Well I heard JaMarcus is entering the draft and Perriloux will be the starting QB at LSU next year... Time will tell.

Don't want Perillioux and don't need him at SU ..... we don't need any problems like his .... I hope he flies to J-State so some of his former opponents can knock the HELL out of him.

<------ Not a RP fan, as you can see.

AFter watching CJ and JC and sorry Lee
you do need him

JaMarcus leaving early is what the LSU folks want to see. If that happens, Flynn will go into spring as the No. 1 with Perrilloux as teh No. 2. However, LSU's got some 5-star QB from Brenham, Texas, coming in...

Now onto these smack-laced comments...

Can y'all saggiN not resort to smack in almost every sports board thread..

Now onto "sorry" Bryant Lee..

Bryant Lee is 2-0 in the Dome, including setting a title game record for passing in the 5A title game in 03 and the Classic.

Ryan Perrilloux couldn't get that high-powered ESJ offense to the dome. Only way Perrilloux will play in the Dome is LSU playing Tulane in it, or the Sugar Bowl

Lee only lost one start as a HS starter, and that was in the playoffs...Perrilloux was 0-fer against Hahnville when Lee was QB....

RP would've been the No. 1 going into this season since he would've been the incumbent after Vince Young left...given he would have signed with Texas before LSU allegedly pulled strings and got his brother out of jail.

The gist of this thread is that this is the third or fourth time I've heard from people or read on bulletin boards about Perrilloux transferring. Since this is the sports board and two of the rumors involved SWAC schools, I thought it would have some relevance. However, it just devolved into useless smack and drivel...

If Perriloux was going to transfer, he would have done it before this season. Now he might as well stay and wait his turn.

And as far as him going to Texas, if VY doesn't win the title last season , he is still at Texas right now and Perriloux would still be on the bench. You can not guess and judge what is going to happen. That kid went where he wanted to go. If/when he is a success at LSU it will be as big a deal as VY was at Texas. A homeboy that stays home and is a success becomes a legend, rather than one who goes away. He is a RS freshman and has 3 years left to play, I just don't see why every thinks he made a bad decision by going to LSU. He is no different than many other players who have to wait their turn. High Scholl all americans are not exempt from this practice.

Suge...um...all I gotta say is remember what happened to Rohan Davey and the "Booty hype"....

you know them folks off Dalrymple will put a brother QB under the bus quicker than a heart attack while giving the other guy the benefit of the doubt

RP did hold Texas hostage when saying if the OC wasn't there he wasn't coming. Then he reneged.

you think he "wanted" to attend LSU?

The best freshman on Kansas' basketball team wanted to go to Baylor but his AAU coach said "$no$".

Look at it like this....Vince Young was so talented, he had to play after 1 season as a redshirt. They made sure he got his reps in as a redshirt freshman. UT designed their offense just for him.

If Ryan P. was so great don't you think LSU would've found ways to get him into the game during meaningful situations by now instead of wasting a redshirt season? From people who actually seen him in person in high school...they say he wasn't that impressive.....he's a kid who's a victim of 21st century hype.

Jarret Lee from Brenham will be on his heels.....protypical quarterback....

tbf,

Vince did not have a QB of Jamarcus Russell's caliber playing ahead of him when he was a redshirt freshman.

I've seen him play before and he was a beast.

Ha Ha so Cador doesn't have BR on lock anymore............Shhhhhhhhhsh don't tell nobody

I've seen Lee play as a junior. Has a ridiculously strong arm and he's a big kid w/ some pretty good feet. :) Not ridiculously fast. But quick enough to get the job done. I think he also doubles on the baseball field too. (pitcher naturally)

I wouldn't be surprised if he's not in that starting rotation in the spring (if he graduates ahead of time). And, didn't LSU offer his daddy some coaching position there? :read:

Suge...um...all I gotta say is remember what happened to Rohan Davey and the "Booty hype".....

That is sort of my point, Journalist. The pressure to start Booty was more about him being the in state phenom, than it was about race. Davey being from FL was never going to ride with the LA folks. If Perriloux wasn't from the state, and the in state wonderkid, then I don't think the pressure to start him would be as great as it is.
