Allergy Symptoms

How many of you suffer from Allergies. I have never been told that I have allergies, but since earlier this week, I have been sneezing, runny nose, scratchy throat. Are these common symptons for allergies? or am I just suffering from the common cold? Need relief badly

That does sound like allegies. A change in the weather can bring it on. I have allergies real bad, mostly from grass, dust etc. . We keep on having these fires here and all that ash in the air kicked them up pretty bad. I take Allegra and spray Flonase into my nose, both are prescription meds. Over the counter, I like any Tylenol products but its hard to find non-drowsy.
I hope it gets better because allergies can make you feel miserable.

You're in allergy capital(H-town). I use an herbal approach.... goldenseal, olive leaf, echinacea capsule and vitamin c. I take them twice a day and it's been helping.
