Alcorn State vs Grambling Game Updates: 2:00pm CT


I must say, Grambling continues to show me that they can dig into their soil and find their “famed name” right when you count them out. I watched that game, and Grambling was fighting through it all. When Hickbottom went out, I thought their prayers didn’t have a chance of being answered. Next thing you know, their defense played with an extra chip on their shoulders. This game wasn’t pretty on both ends, but give the 0-4 GSU football program props for climbing back into the conference race! In my honest opinion, I think Grambling’s 2019 comeback story needs to be a damn after school special if they win out. I think SU will be a hair hungrier in the Bayou Classic because they haven’t been to the Celebration Bowl, but who knows.
