Um JSU lost today also. Today was a bad game no excuses for it the team just wasn't prepared.

JSU played the defending bcf champion hard an if DUMBELL uses gordon everywhere and takes that bum Haren out earlier jsu could have beat hampton. Just one other thing where are your recruits, Did you sign any lineman? From what I saw on the sideline it looks like you had your largest lineman on the field and if that the case they look more like a HighSchool team than a college team. Speed is great but 220 DE can't take getting pounded all day by 330 Ol's and 230 running backs taking on the DL and winning. SCSU running backs stopped running when they got to the endzone, those backs swatted Bamast defenders like flys. Where ARE the Coles brothers when you really need them, cuz Coe coaching was suspect, yesterday. Bama was bad in the first half and worse in the second half, no adjustments were made at half time, none. :smh:

I keep hearing SC State isn't all that good...If that's the case then what does that say about AMU....We took a sophomore QB, a young Defensive secondary and a running back w/ a bad knee and came into your backyard and represented the Mighty MEAC. Granted we still need some work but hey this is the 1st game of the season on the road againt the "SWAC" champion from last year...Say what you want but the BullDawgs are getting ready to do some damage.

Duh, bell is gonna do what he does no matter what. He will not play to his talent, he is gonna play his system. He could go 0-11 and won't change his strategy, and will call you dumb if you suggest there is something better. He has a 1980's type strategy that only works if you have a significant physical advantage over your opponent, which JSU doesn't have anymore. He will not let 1 player be a star, because that may outshine him. He wants his system to be the star.LS Syndicate said:

As the announcers said losing both lines was bad enough but academics and other off field stuff has killed them. apparently all those transfers didn't show and/or weren't better than the players ASU already had. I didn't know that ASu lost 15 players off last years team and most was starting lineman.
