so you mean to tell me the SWAC doesnt get "thick, strong, fast" running backs? SWAC running backs run through tackles on the regular? Im not sure what u mean on this one.

I mean, dude is not going down with contact as most rb's in the swac do. does lacey? no, but lacey also weighs 30 pounds more than crowell, and is not as fast.

Im not even saying Lacey... Ulysses Banks wasnt going down with contact.... what Im saying is this aint nothing new. We have athletes in our league just like SEC schools do. Crowell isnt going to do nothing in the SWAC that hasnt already been done.
 
I agree with you 100%. They act like the SWAC ain't never had talent before. :lol: This dude is a good athlete, but he will get his azz busted just like other backs. Folks act like we have never had god backs in the SWAC. :lol:

I agree. He wont do anything that hasn't already been done. He may do something that hasn't been done in a while. expected to be the best bama state back since brad baxter. that's how often each of ours schools has someone like this running the ball....every 15 or 20 years.

Alabama State's Williams and Randolph were beast in the early 2000's.

speak for your own program....we have always had a good back... Lacey, Banks, Nic Luke and right before him Jeremiah Bonds.... all rushed for over 1000 yards...

Since ESPN is making sure he is every shot, you see he blocks well, he catches and moves good, and has good eyes.. Bama state bout to let him loose this half

BCU back is showing me way more than Crowell right now. Crowell has 17 yards on 7 carries.

Nobody is talking about degrees. The point is Crowell is obvious a special talent and is a complete RB that will probably be in the NFL unlike the A&M RB's you named
