The whole board does, nothing to be proud of...:quiet:

Snickering^^^....Congrats to the Bama St. players!

I'm not surprised at the three that were taken. I am surprised that Estrada and Price were not taken. Were they eligible?

A couple of weeks ago I was talking with my high school classmate whose son signed with Samford early in the year. He now wishes he had accepted Bama State's offer.

Estrada had a pre-season pectoral injury that forced him to only DH this season. Waldy is a good one and look forward to seeing him play next season. The scouts love him. Melendez only loses Renda off his pitching staff and picks up a returning starting pitcher from 2013 so they shouldn't miss a beat.

Lol...Enjoyed watching baseball with you this season and look forward to A&M steady improvement.

Same here...Will look forward to watching the games with you next year.

P.S. We had a lot of improvement this year...Next year we need wins.

How did Omar beat out a team with three draft picks? Wow.

They did have a few more players drafted......

But in baseball any team can beat anyone else in a 1 game scenerio, it's common.

I wonder how it would have turned out if the entire tournament was double elimination and not just the preliminary rounds.

Securing pitching depth is the key for the Bulldogs. The offense is already there.
