I agree with @2kool . The decision should have been made before the Thanksgiving break. Naming him the interim is a good move to help with recruiting. But I still think a long-term search is still in the process.

The tweet made mention of is interesting. Wonder what's going on to make the guy head to "The Hill."

I was a high school classmate and teammate of Andy. It was interesting that Spady fired everyone from the previous staff except Andy. I assumed he did so because of the local connection. His name does ring out. Good dude! I wish him well for this task.
