There’s e-commerce, and then there’s…this: A pair of Nike sneakers designed by Kanye West auctioning for $90,300 on eBay.

The shoe in question: the limited edition Air Yeezy 2. It officially goes on sale Saturday for a retail price of $245. Less than 5,000 pairs will be released by Nike, and the scarcity clearly has hardcore sneaker collectors in a tizzy.

A number of pre-ordered pairs have been up for auction on eBay, with bidding in the mid four figures, but it’s seller pinoyako4life who’s hit the biggest jackpot by far ...

depended on where you live at because alot of stores was packed because of the Air Jordan IV that came out last saturday.

I was lucky to cop 2 pair of yeezy saturday night off niketsore.com for 500 bucks. i just sold a pair on ebay for 1250.

Damn! I guess people are really serious about those shoes. I guess people will spend their paychecks to buy a pair of shoes they will only wear for a while until the next hot shoe comes out. :smh:

Some dumb azzz dipshat actually paid $90k for those but ugly shoes on e-bay just to be the first to have a pair? Retail is $245 for a pair of reinvented "Ger-Animal" shoe with glow in the dark soles. The same shoe that used to light up for kids when they walk in them. :eek: :smh: :lmao:

There are a lot of stupid people out there with a lot of money to spend. :lol:

Everybody doesnt live off of YOUR budget... $245 is NOT alot of money for something you want... whats alot to you may not be alot for someone else.... just like buying a 50k car may be alot to you, but to someone thats extremely too much. Im sure 250 isnt going to break anyone over any shoes. Ive seen dress shoes that cost MUCH more. Yall are acting like the shoes cost a G. Lebron got some $250 shoes out that werent limited edition and nobody ever mentions them... they cost more than Jordans do.

The best way is on the internet. I have campout in front of my laptop while playing MLB The show on ps3. It actually works. i refure to wake at 3-4am or campout for 2-3 days outside a store for kicks. Not that series

Warren Sapp didn't live on MY BUDGET either but look at his dumb broke azz now. But ............. It's all good. He still got 200 pairs of sneekers that he probably wore 1 time. He can cash those in and get some spending money. :lol:


Those are the ugliest things made yet and ANYBODY that pays $90k for a pair of gym shoes is the heavyweight champion dumbazz of the planet Earth. I'll bet some idiot went in and bought 20 pair of those things just like that fool on that Small Talk thread did when the Jordans came out. :lol:

If I actually wanted a pair of those overpriced creations, all I had to do was stand in line for 2 days and drop my debit card on the counter when I picked up a pair. AIN'T HAPPENING. :lol:

A pair of $50 sneekers cover my feet in comfort and style just as good as a pair of $300 sneekers. I'm not a person that try to impress people I don't know by hauling azz out to buy the latest gimmick every 2 months. :lol:

Just because you stand in line for 2 days, dont mean you getting a pair. The stores did a raffle. People camp out for 2-3 days. The raffle started at 8:30, but you had to be in line by 7:30 to get a ticket number. When the raffle started, they would called out certain numbers and people numbers who was called was the ones who got a pair.
