Addicted to Houston's 24 Hour Fitness - Rice Village

I hit this club up Saturday and was in bliss. I haven't seen that many procedures since "Nip/Tuck." Lip, Cheeks, Chest, etc...I was expecting to get a charge.

This is a 3 level club, but the parking structure is compact. So don't go there in a big truck.

Recommend putting NIKE BOOM on your iPod and checking this club out.

24 just gave me the green light to start teaching when I'm in Houston. Miami Bass will be in Houston mixed with Paul Wall and Mike Jones!!!

How was the Keller crowd? There's this one thick anglo female who teaches the afternoon deals T-TH (I think) that I attended every now and then.

I'm sure your class was packed. Quite a few folx out here are committed to their bods.

Company (Bill Payer) sending me to Houston for training the week before Labor Day. I'm stocking up on classes, will be teaching at the Galleria on Wednesday evening.

Just finished class at the Horne Club in Dallas. I've now taught spin at every 24 Hour Fitness in the D/FW Metroplex. Im bad azz!!!
