Man in my job I see this SOOOOOOOOOOOOO much!!!!
I once saw even witnessed a couple who were in one of these options. Well, the owner didn't make the mortageg payment but was using the money for other things. The bank foreclosed on it and the married couple were kicked out by the Sheriff's department.
It was extremely sad. The couple moved in with his parents. By the grace of God their parents were older and welcomed the company. They ended up getting their credit right and saving up and now own their home.
