Travis Miller, a delivery driver in Oklahoma City, Oklahoma, says a neighborhood's homeowners' association president blocked him into a gated community and demanded to know why he was there.

Miller captured the ordeal on Facebook Live, in a video that lasts for 37 minutes that has been watched more than 170,000 times.

The HOA official, who said his name was David Stewart, told Miller that he had called police on him after Miller refused to disclose customer information.

After the HOA official left, Miller said he was afraid to leave the gated community, telling police: "I didn't want to leave and have it seem like I was fleeing the scene or anything like that."

To be honest, the white dude looks retarded. Due to Reagan's drastic cuts to mental health, too many of these folks are allowed to function as normal individuals in society. Their brains cannot handle simple tasks, such as who is a delivery driver and who is not a delivery driver. Identifying the two is way too complicated for them. Instead allowing him to live freely in a gated community, he should be in some institution for the mentally retarded with 24/7 supervision. White folks live in gated communities because they have more than just melanin deficiencies to hide.

Unless you are a caucasian making the call. And this was not a bullshit call...this working man was being detained against his will for no apparent reason other than he is Black and they THOUGHT he should not be in that gated community.

Sounds like ridiculous (even criminal) overreach by the HOA President. The delivery driver was correct in not divulging consumer information, but a simple conversation should've resolved this....

As the HOA President in my gated community I tell homeowners ALL THE TIME that the HOA doesn't regulate actions or behaviors.

Do you know how many uniform shirts I see there?
I have polos from Best Buy, Amazon, Toyota, McDonalds, Hewlet Packard, Dell, Century 21, Texas AM coaches, Baylor coaches, Notre Dame scouts, BMW and saw some for 7-11, Chili's, Burger King, various law firms, school districts.

It's too easy to get a hold of that official outfits. Now if the delviery man shows up with the truck, packages and equipment. I would SUSPECT he works for the company.

Couldn't a phone call to the person the package was for could have been better than actng like Zimmerman 2.0?

Did you take the time to look at the video? He looked legit to me. I'm sure he wouldn't have been a criminal and broadcast the incident to the world live. However, if you believe he was the criminal these people were making him out to be then so be it.

His company should send the home association a bill for his down time for being forcibly held up against his will. His billable hours should be like $400 per hour at 8 to 10 hours. I bet they would think twice before they let the little retarded man do something like that again.

Only problem is white folk rarely go against white folk on behalf of Black folk. The home office probably thinks the asshole was justified and see no harm in what he did.

But if his company is White owned, maybe they could capitalize off their foolishness. And if they don't pay, sue since there is video evidence showing them wasting company time.
