now why the uckf is it that this story gets no national run and constant coverage,, but had this been 3 blacks shot and killed by the Birmingham police (or one black teenager resisting arrest being slammed on the police car like out in Cali) it would be the 1960s civil rights era all over again????

so how is it that some of yall will spin this Birmingham case into the fault of the police (white) officers or something along those lines?? how? i can only wonder what your opinions would be if the 3 cops that were gunned down and killed were all black,,, especially if the suspects where white and were hold up in a white supremecist compound in Cullman county.
 
Your "insightful comments" notwithstanding, it is my hope that Alabama practices capital punishment.
 



I saw the story on the local news in ATL when it first broke. I then read about it on CNN.com. Is that not national coverage?
 
Bart I saw this on CNN and heard about it on local radio. Not once did I think of race. I just thought it was a tragic situation and totally uncalled for. I don't paint everything black and white.

A white female police officer was shot and killed here in Baton Rouge by a black man a month ago. It was not a national story and no one in the local media made a big fuss about the race of people involved. It, just like the sitaution in B'ham, is unfortunate.

Your comments are so totally out of whack and unreasonable on here that you come across as less than educated. Your constant loaded comments, codewords, and put downs of African Americans are definitely in line with the most radical of the racist groups out there.

Dude ...................... WHITE PEOPLE GET PLASTERED ALL OVER THE NEWS IF THEY HAVE TO GO TO THE DENTIST.

EX: Little DAISY blue-eye's wonders off in "Slip-Dump South Dakota" and all the morning, mid-day, evening, newsmags, newspapers, etc .............. put's it on 24/7 like it's gonna affect me.
