They seriously fugged us over on attendance.... I dont know if they just made up a number or not... Season ticket holders didnt even go through a turnstile. I would say we were around the 18k mark.

As a Texas Southern alum I am supremely ashamed of the attendance to that game. We have other alums on here constantly talking about everything should be in Houston, we don't even support ourselves let alone supporting the whole conference.

Clearly you're unaware there was heavy rain last night and the games was delayed for hours .... that knock the numbers and interest down significantly!

Yeah a friend told me but I see more people at softball games. For the first game of the year I would expect at least 5000 people even in inclement weather.

Bad weather.

All week the weather forecast predicted 60% chance of thunderstorms all day for Saturday. That deterred many people away then with lightening delay 45 minutes before kickoff deterred those on the way to the game.

Congrats to Alabama State and Alabama A&M, they currently rank #1 and #10 in FCS average attendance.

UAPB had a good showing but I expect the numbers to go down (except for homecoming) b/c they are terrible.

The season is still young. Granted if the run defense does not improve, we will have a tough time against teams that have a great run game--ala PVAMU. But our passing is a strength. Morehouse has a lot of D1 transfers,I knew the game was going to be tough. Plus the Morehouse seniors were motivated on beating UAPB before they graduate. If they play like they did Saturday, they should win the SIAC.

So, where are you sitting? Show us your ticket or have a seat over there, way over there please ------------------->

I sure hope and pray that Morehouse being “motivated to beat UAPB” wasn’t the deciding factor in this one. If that’s the case, UAPB is in more trouble than I thought they were for the 2018 season.

Let’s look at facts. This loss was another back hand slap in the face to the conference. FCS programs shouldn’t lose to Morehouse. They can play better than they did on Saturday all season and still lose the SIAC! They were picked to go 4th in East Division for a reason. There were no FBS transfers giving UAPB a hard time either. Those 3 transfers who made some noise were from U of Detroit, Fort Valley State U, and Presbyterian College. Morehouse isn’t a division II powerhouse. They are a academic focused program who is happy about competing in the SIAC. UAPB should not have loss that game or even went through a life or death struggle to win.

TxSU always has horrible attendance idk why y’all are blaming the weather.

True. We win, we will get support. Other than the Johnnie Cole disaster we haven't had a winning season since 2000 and only 8 since 1970.

But I can say the weather stopped me from going.

I'd bet my salary you've never seen 1800 people at a home tsu softball game. Lol

You must not have a job. Our attendance is low but, you are just being a jack ass now. If you want to smack go over there------->

I'll gladly meet you there if necessary. Make show you ready though!!!!

I hope you right. UAPB hasn't won a conference title in a major sport in a while

Just out of curiosity, why shouldn't we have lost to Morehouse? Specifically, what is it that warrants your belief that this should have been an automatic given for us and not a "life or death struggle" game? No smack; I'm just trying to see what you're seeing with my team.

Morehouse is a lower tier SIAC school... only sports they care about at Morehoyse are basketball and track .

Calm down, sleep. He said "SOFTBALL," not football. We know you're frustrated w/ the coaching staff bruh but stay the course of the high road, in spite of. I know it's frustrating. All of us have been there.
