[SUjagTILLiDIE]

The Braves vs Panthers game has been postponed until 9:00 AM tomorrow (Thursday) morning.

They have a game at 10am tomorrow also. What inning did they finish off at? I hope to the 4th inning.

["NOISE TALKA"]

Another typical wild, unpredictable SWAC baseball tourney. RAIN RAIN GO AWAY. This will push everything back.

I know. :smh: :smh: :smh: :smh:

On my end it's drizzling a bit.  It stopped a little bit.

[OnlySU]

Still raining hard..

That is even worse.

[Dot Net]

So have the games been canceled today?

[Jag-BR]

So have the games been canceled today?

Yes!

[Dot Net]

Anyone else here ther "rumor" about pushing the tournement back to next week?

[SUjagTILLiDIE]

Hope not. That would give Grambling and Valley an unfair advantage. They could pitch their aces again.

Who's going to foot the hotel bill?

[JayRob]

Who's going to foot the hotel bill?

....AND the gas bill?:smh:

All the SWAC would need to do is throw in an extra day (Monday), and maybe schedule one or two teams to play two games in one day.

ESPNU will just have to tape delay the championship game or not televise it at all. "It be's that way sometime."(thanx Joe Simon:emlaugh

[Dot Net]

I guess my rumor would never happen.

[Fiyah]

Game two featuring Alcorn State (Eastern Division #2) and Prairie View A&M (Western Division #3) was underway when play was suspended. The Braves were up 2-1 over the Panthers when play was ended in the top of the third inning.

So does this mean that the game will start over since it did not reach the 5th inning to become a official game?

I doubt it, but who knows. Stranger things have happen.

[Dot Net]

is the rain slacking off up there? the radar indicates it is.

[Dot Net]

Nice! Let the games begin...again.

Atleast at my house. I think they already made the decision to play tommorrow. SU outfield holds water in spots, so unless they bring a helicopter out like they did for LSU's regionals a couple of seasons ago, I doubt they could get it in.

That's an expensive bill right there. I would love to have that happen...

[Jag-BR]

How is the schedule looking for tomorrow?

They didn't charge Lsu ish. Cador has a lot of pull in the community, so who knows.
