PRINCETON, N.J. (June 27, 2006) ? The Gazelle Group is pleased to announce the match-ups for the 2006 2K Sports College Hoops Classic benefiting Coaches vs. Cancer. New Orleans vs. Vermont will tip-off the event, as well as the college basketball season, on November 7th at the College Park Regional. The match-ups are listed below:

The winner of each Regional Round will compete for the Championship at Madison Square Garden in New York City on November 16th and 17th.

The Classic has featured three of the past five NCAA National Champions. Last year, the Florida Gators defeated Syracuse, 75-70, to win the Classic Championship and went on to become National Champions.

2K Sports will be the title sponsor of the event for the second consecutive year. 2K Sports develops and publishes the popular and highly acclaimed 2K series of sports video games including the "College Hoops 2K" series. 2K Sports is known for delivering the most innovative and realistic sports simulation gaming experience to fans every year.

The Coaches vs. Cancer program, created by the National Association of Basketball Coaches and American Cancer Society, exists to leverage the strength, community leadership and celebrity of our country's basketball coaches to raise awareness and reduce cancer risk through education programs while raising funds for Coaches vs. Cancer. Since 1996, the Event has raised approximately $3.3 million for the benefit of Coaches vs. Cancer.

I was thinking the same thing. Brad Buckman, and Daniel Gibson gone. The only starter I think is the Abrams kids! They have their roster out! I think Alcorn can match them!
