I've seen pro athletes go into the stands, college players have thrown punches during warm ups after the game in the handshake line (FBS); just last year, I can't remember what the issue was, but Michigan was involved where one player got jumped in the tunnel by a group of players from the other team.

It's part of it...but the biggest thing you have to factor in is these young men having to portray a thug/tough image to get p**** from educated/noneducated black women in their peer groups. It's not rocket science forreal...I think Spike lee or Chris rock made a movie about violence going down in the black community if some black women would stop giving up sex to black men who portray the thug/tough guy image.

I don't want to derail the conversation so I'll make this my last staetment ....

I overheard my little cousin who is an attractive Black young lady in college say she turned down one of the smartest guys in her class not because he was unattractive, not because he was an a**hole, not because he is lazy but because she said she would run all over him and he wasn't "thug" enough. And all her friends laughed and agreed with her ... no correction or girl you crazy. Listen this is the mentality of A LOT Black women young and old, I honestly don't have any real hope for our culture or community anymore ... it's so bad! Most of them want trash b/c on the inside they trash too. That young man if he is who I think he is definitely dodged a bullet ... rejection is God's protection I always say
