Mike Tomlin & The Pittsburgh Steelers in the NFL 22-23 Season...

Pittsburg is not my favorite team but I am loving the fact that with a possible win next week, Coach Tomlin can keep his string of non-losing seasons in the NFL. It definitely did not look like that earlier in the season.

I also love what the organization has stood for under his watch; consistency, loyalty, and development. Those have been my pet peeves in leadership, and it always frustrates me when I am a part of something where those elements are lacking. Anyhow...

Much respect!

The Steelers woke up on Thanksgiving at 3-7.

They went 6-1 down the stretch, not allowing 20 points in any game.

Mike Tomlin has now been a head coach for 16 seasons and NEVER had a losing record.

Folks still want the man axed.

3 playoffs and 3 non playoffs with no win but last time I checked that is the same as the Dallas Cowboys between 2 HC. The Cardinals only got 1 playoff game in 6 years. Washington team as well.

Pittsburgh hasn't been to Super Bowl in 13 years. Fans of the team can appreciate what Tomlin has done while also wanting the squad to win a championship, too.

I can make it even more plain if you like. I'd trade every season that Pittsburg had for the last 13 years for every season that my Raiders have had, and I be as content as fan a could be. Some peeps won't know how good they have it, until it's gone.
