With the World Series going to a 6th game and the Astro's hosting that game saturday evening, change the time of your game with jsu to Noon or 1:00 to avoid the congestion in that area.
 
I think it's a little too late to do that now. Some people already made travel and flight arrangements for the current time.

Houston is big enough to handle two big events at the same time. Also, a lot of Houstonians will be taking the train downtown so it won't be as many cars as you may think

It's not that the city can't handle 2 events, these events are basically down the street from each other and they basically share the parking lots (lot C & B on the map).

Parking for those 2 events are in different areas on campus and you can enter thru separate areas. It also will not be as many people there for those events so it's no problem. If you're concerned about that, let the Swac put our football game back on saturday as it originally was and there would be no conflict since that date had no soccer tournament games scheduled.

That game been scheduled for 6 long before Astros were in the playoffs - folks still bought tickets knowing that so they're prepared lol

Playing the game early doesn't help anything

Ticket starting at $150 - celebrities fighting to get in, folks mad cause they were last minute, World Series around the corner - Welcome to Houston

Prime may stay back another day to breathe the air

It's not like it hasn't been done before. Didn't they move a game from saturday to friday night some years back?
