SWAC football press conference - Week 1

Mane...you something else lol. Why you calling me a liar if I'm talking about  my home games lol.
I'm not calling you a liar. You asked me what happened to the 30K - 50K people at your stadium. I don't know (or I'm just not understanding the question. I'm not trying to be funny). And my response is I don't know. You can probably explain better than me.

Hes talking about the business side behind the classics, that's what y'all are missing. A 350k payout or whatever it is we are getting now doesn't make sense when you can host that same game at home and make above 1 mill.

If JSU is making 1 million a home game , why not just play all your OOC games at home and then just go on the road during the SWAC schedule

I was there for that game. Always a nice crowd and atmosphere.

You're a smart guy. I'm sure you know schedules are not set the same year the game is played. Clearly this is the reason why we are pulling out of the SHC

Yes but Robinson signed 2 FBS games in 21 when coach Prime was the HC. So if he doesn't like these games why did Robinson schedule them

Are we playing these 2 FBS teams in a classic where we are receiving 350k before expenses? You're clearly are merging two very different things

No. Coach Prime today was talking about getting paid what they are worth? Is JSU getting what they are worth in these games

🤦🏾‍♂️. Help him Jesus. If it pleases you to think that he'd be willing to lead a charge for hbcu's, when it comes to money games, without our own house being in order then knock yourself out.

Vs Texas State 375k
Vs ULM 350k

Vs Texas State 375k
Vs ULM 350k
Finally he stops tip toeing around what he's been wanting to post. Texas state and usm are NOT beat down games. Those are both games we can and will win. The LSU's, Texas A&Ms, Alabama, Auburn etc (P5s) are the beat down games. So if they can pay Marshall 1.2 mill to get a beating then clearly they can do the same for us.
