Yeah...but we’re ineligible for the CB. I truly believe FAMU has the squad to win the MEAC. We return a lot of weapons this season.

However, BCU, Howard and SCSU are all strong contenders. SCSU is really the dark horse because they have an athletic QB who can be great once he becomes a solid passer. Plus the Bulldogs defense is always pretty stout under Buddy Pough.
 
I'm hoping Howard........for selfish reasons. :-) This will be my first time following the MEAC so maybe I'll have a good answer after a month of games.

Broadway laid the foundation and Sam is continuing the legacy

Like Alcorn and Grambling, winners attract quality athletes. Them flipping 4 athletes (transfers/decommitments) from ECU is proof of that.

If their QB situation is solid next year, that game against NDSU in 2020 is gonna be a slugfest

No even just Broadway...their administration truly supports them.

Remember how much of mess they were? Who can forget when they went 0-27 in football...they simply got tired of being down and got their stuff together.

That's true with their administration investing in athletics as a whole but to have the right man at the helm of your football program played a big role and jump started their accent
