Who wins this Democratic primary?

If Joe Biden wasnt right at 80 years old, I would bet on him but I dont even think he will run. He is aging fast.

I dont see Kamala Harris or Corey Booker winning the primary either.

What about Beto?

"Them" folks love them some Kamala but her record in California is gonna kill her. She is trying to be racially ambiguous but they ain't putting no "black" woman as president unless it is Michelle.

I really don't know how to feel about Beto and you are right about Joe. He should have ran in 2016 but I still think him or Bernie could easily defeat whoever the GOP strolls out

Age will play a factor with Biden. Beto will be in the top. White folks last great stand will be Beto.....

The democrats screwed themselves with that backroom Hillary Clinton must run decision.

There is no democrat that has established themselves.

Nope... voters screwed themselves by falling for the okey-doke and either not voting or voting for 3rd parties in swing states. NOTHING the dems did should have made anyone vote for Trump (directly or indirectly). Trump was a horrible candidate and he will win again if typical democrat voters fall for the okey-doke AGAIN.

Naa man it was a combination of things that helped him win and the backroom Hillary deal was one of them (that Debbie woman basically rigged it for Hillary for win against Bernie (who had less baggage)). Add on top of that the Russian influence on social media plus Comey's timely emails revelation all led to this

Man the "backroom deal" (which was part of the rules agreed to by Bernie and others) happened in what... May? What happpened in November is my issue. The way Dems voted that year no one but Trump was going to get elected. It was Hillary's emails and the crime bill... if it were Bernie it would have been his vote for the Crime bill plus some currently unknown thing he did in 1973 that would have come up.

I'm following your point but let's be honest....the Democrats wanted Hillary Clinton to run because they wanted headlines rather than the better candidate which was Joe Biden. VP Biden gave a reason that would touch America's hearts. People like myself knew it was the biggest mistake.

Now if Biden announces that he is running....EVERY democrat....Kamala Harris....Corey Booker...etc....should sit down. The problem is they beat each other up in the primaries opening the flood gates for the Republicans to attack.

I disagree. They shouldn't just sit down and not challenge him in debates, etc. That won't help anyone win against Trump.

Why on earth should anyone sit down if Biden announces? Hes a failed presidential candidate multiple times. Let the candidates debate, campaign, etc and let the best man or woman win. That's the kind of thinking that tried to strong arm Hillary in the last election as well as in 08 when folks were saying Obama was not ready.

These folks who run for POTUS aren’t doing so for the greater good of whatever party they’re affiliated with. They’re doing it for the greater good of themselves.

I’m trying to beat Trump. Simple as that. Trump has the money that MANY candidates don’t have....and the support. Biden is the strongest candidate to take him on.

Biden will be 78 years old when the next inauguration is held. Who knows what his strength as a candidate will be in 2020.

I hear what you are saying and feel the same as you. Just like there is a minimum age to be president, there should be a maximum age as well, say like 70 on election day, regardless of health.

Also if Biden were to win and lets say he did have health issues, his VP steps in, so its still a win against Trump and the Trumptards.

That's why it all depends on who he VP is because I'm pretty sure if he ran, he would be a one term president.

So far we have Kamala, Tulsi and the gay mayor in South Bend who announced yesterday (Beto, Corey, Eric haven't thrown their name in the hat yet).

How is Kamala Harris trying to be ambiguous? I mean she's from Oakland; is an AKA; and went to Howard, lol. I don't know alot about her but she was pretty impressive lastnight on Rachel Maddow.

Ms Harris does have an impressive story, but as far as president with her bad political resume in her tenure... I don't think she is the answer. She'll draw headlines and I have her making some noise in the primaries...if the field is finalized as of now she's even the favorite according to polls, but trump can get away with having a controversial past, tweeting lies, and failing on his promises because of white privilege, what's left of the the baby boomers having his back, and this new era of young white Americans whose IQ's are just as pathetic as our 45th president... if Hillary couldn't do that with her political credibility, but the emails and her overconfidence being her downfall, I don't think Kamala will. America is not ready for a female president yet... I think the democrats need a card with Beto O'Rourke president and vice president Andrew Gillum's to be formidable against trump. That would give them a shot. you don't attack trump many have done so and failed. It plays right into the trump dialogue he spills on typical politics and agendas. Beto/Gillums should be the card for democrats I think would give them a good chance to dethrone trump from office.

I seriously doubt a former congressman and a small city mayor who both lost their last elections can beat Trump
