But why is it that "bait trucks" are used in black neighborhoods? Why they are not used in white neighborhoods?

So apparently there were no arrest with these shootings as well according to these reports. Tariq Nasheed made a good point:

If dozens of people are shot in one single weekend in #Chicago and there are ZERO arrests, that means:
A. Law enforcement is completely incompetent
B. The criminal element there is so sophisticated, they were able to outsmart police & evade prosecution
C. Law enforcement is in on it, and they are directly and indirectly orchestrating these shootings, in order to justify mass targeting of Black citizens in Chicago

So which answer do you think is correct?

I didn't defend the use of bait trucks. All I explained was why they were used.

You know detectives in Chicago track 10 homicide cases at a time. Those are just the deaths. Now, 1,700 people have been shot in the city this year.

Many of them are back logged on shootings that happened, months and even years ago. The police can barely solve a single shooting let alone 72 in one weekend.

I don’t think black people are responsible to 1,700 shootings. I used that number to illustrate how many shootings there were to put into perspective how difficult it is for them to find suspects for this latest round of shootings.

Never mind all the things you’ve been privy to from the mouths of folks actually living in those neighborhoods saying residents aren’t talking because they are either afraid of retaliation or simply do not trust the police.

Never mind few major city has to deal with the volume of shootings like Chicago.

So you're justifying the entrapment? Robbing freight trains is one thing, that's sounds more planned. Parking a truck just open like that is entrapment. A truck would normally be locked; which should be a red flag to the stupid thieves. But the truck is opportunistic, catching people who would normally not steal and I am not justifying theft, but this truck thing is like purposely dropping a cash loaded wallet around a group of people to see who would keep it or return it.

You know how I see it? They could sit a truck full of diamonds outside my crib and i'm not fuckin with it because i'm not a thief. I have no sorrow for folks that steal. My parents had some dudes so bold to come right in the yard and steal from them a few years back. Realistically, if it wasn't that truck they stole out of it would've been someone else's car or house. No sympathy from me. Let someone break in your crib and see how much sorrow you feel for em if they're black.
 
I definitely agree. I have never understood why folks get mad at the bait cars or stuff they use. Don't steal and they're good.
