2 DII schools?
If I was the AD at Valley, they would ONLY play home and home games with D2 schools, preferably SIAC schools.

2 DII schools?
Even on a thread about being a pretend AD, you get real pretend ADs and the usual JSU trolling from non-sports guy trying to tell Valley what to do
At this point, why would we need to go out and schedule 2 FBS schools and 2 strong FCS schools? To appease people on here and AGS? I would try to stay as regional as possible while instilling confidence with a new coach. Mississippi College would generate some interest and Lane is a D2 HBCU that we (SWAC) should be playing for HC more. ULM is only (a little over) 2 hours away and we should be playing MEAC schools every year
"Texas College, Lane, Miles, or Clark-Atlanta"SOUTHERN JAGS:
- Florida A&M (Home & Home Series which will be re-established in 2019). In the future, maybe they could play a neutral sight game like in Mobile.
- North Carolina A&T or Winston-Salem State in rotating years for the new Pete Richardson Classic that begins this year.
- Group of 5 opponent from the Sun Belt, Conference USA or the American Conference.
For Example: UL Lafayette, UL Monroe, South Alabama, Tulane or Rice. All of these locations aren't far from Baton Rouge and some of the cities have strong alumni bases for Southern.
- Homecoming opponent could be Texas College, Lane, Miles, or Clark-Atlanta
you know who else has a nice stadium? bama state & fvsu can come up in there and get a whooping. why didn't you say alabama come to bama state since your looking for schools to step down.@ Alabama (yes..the Crimson Tide)
NCCU @ ASU stadium
@ Fort Valley
home and home with Sanford or UNA
homecoming should always be Tuskegee or Miles
Yes im willing to play at Fort Valley..I know its a D2 but when it comes to HBCUs I dont mind us traveling to D2s as long as they have a good stadium. It would be good to play different HBCUs and we each can exchange culture/ideas and start some recruiting pipelines. FVSU has a nice stadium..If Herndon Stadium ever gets fixed I wouldnt mind playing there against Clark or Morehouse

because im realistic
Unlike them big white schools, I dont think we (HBCUs) are above playing at smaller schools. Itll be a good chance to meet other HBCU fans and share the wealth between us. Its not that hard to understand.
will be happy to meet them...in montgomery.because im realistic

Im not traveling to an SIAC away game
You sure?Pv should keep SFA and shsu in the rotation since they are the closest FCS schools
and Lamar since The Golden Triangle is PV Country.
You sure?
Who the hell is A&M? LMAOO
Nobody even goes to home games at A&M man get outta here like yall are high and mighty.
How about you shut the fuck up you don't know shit about...
A&M home game attendance was just fine until SPADY was force-hired by the president. Folks have been protesting the last few years just by not going ...

Why you cant just talk sports mane? smh
And NOW all of a sudden, Spady was a forced hire. I recall how happy you all were to get that Pistol offense that I told you you would never have the athletes to run. smh
