Man stop, the years SU over awarded was documented. It was a mistake in the system. It wasn’t Cadors fault, it was the schools fault. They didn’t put fees on the billing statement for out of state students. How you going to blame Cador for that.

What were the documented years?

Don't forget they over awarded scholarships for who knows how many years. They should have an asterisk by all Cador championships. And other programs were not investing in baseball...Those two factors play a huge part in those 26. Lol...Since TSU, PV begin to invest in baseball, they won two **championships**

You shole is right TSUalum05!

Didn't Cador say some BS about he didn't know they over awarded? Ignorance is no excuse. SMH

Over a four-year period, the university exceeded scholarship and counter limits in five sports when it did not properly apply financial aid rules to state tuition waivers. Louisiana state law allows all student-athletes who receive athletics scholarships to qualify for in-state tuition. NCAA rules require that tuition waivers like the Louisiana law be considered countable aid. In some instances, the university did not properly account for the waiver when determining scholarship packages for student-athletes, resulting in the university exceeding scholarship limits in baseball, women’s and men’s track, football and softball.

Go Read the NCAA report

NCAA investigations will rarely go beyond 4-6 years. So all of Cador's championships need an asterisk. Plus, SU had that Hillary Clinton disappearing act with paperwork over the years.

Is there a statute of limitations for making allegations?
Yes. Allegations generally are based on violations that have occurred four or fewer years before the time an institution is notified of an investigation or an institution notifies the enforcement staff of violations. However, the enforcement staff may allege violations that have occurred beyond the four-year period if they involve (1) the eligibility of a current student-athlete, (2) a pattern of willful violations that began before the four-year window but continue into the four-year window or (3) a blatant disregard for certain fundamental rules (recruiting, extra benefits, academics, ethical conduct) or (4) an effort to conceal violations.

Mr. Excusejag guy, you're really not the person to be making this claim. You've extended your excuse allotment for the year and it's only May.

Southern's baseball team, road-weary and stuck in an eight-game losing streak, has another tough assignment on its hands: This weekend, the Jaguars square off against Texas Southern, the first-place team in the Southwestern Athletic Conference Western Division, in Houston.

So is the coach or the school responsible for that lol.

Rebuilding year. We not eligible for the tournment anyway. Coach got the job in July. Now next season , back to “S”

I won a championship because SU great team of 04 laid an egg during the tournament against us. Haha - now that everyone is on the same playing field as far as scholarships...No more azz kicking. Haha
SU is short of scholarships right now, so no we aren’t on a even playing field.

HOUSTON, Texas (KTRK) --
An assistant baseball coach for Texas Southern University has been suspended after he was arrested as part of a Houston police crackdown on sex trafficking.

Ehren Moreno was among 122 suspects arrested by HPD in the first three months of 2018. His arrest was announced with the others on Thursday.

Today TSU issued the following statement from their athletics department: "The University was made aware of the arrest of Ehren Moreno, an assistant baseball coach.
