BUT I was right that Alcorn would be bad. I didn't know JSU would have a hard time offensively. We put up pretty good points with Ivy at QB for two years but with a new system and no real QB, we fell flat. That won't be the case this year. JSU simply had to lay a foundation just at Alcorn did the first year Hopson took over.
 
I can't understand why Jenkins is not winning at BAMA State. He was left with a good team AND his school was excited to get him. JSU on the other hand, fired Comegy and hired Old Man Jackson. We lost two solid years of recruiting and lost much of the foundation that Comegy had built. Maybe Jenkins is just not a good coach when he is not cheating.

Dude please... we are still the team everyone wants to beat... including TNState. We had yo ass on the ropes last year. We just didn't have our offense together at the time. Don't be surprised if we don't knock you off this year. From what I am hearing, Hughes is excited to get to Memphis!

Not wants to beat; we actually beat the dog shyt out y'all each year.

We are better this year than we were last year. We are loaded. We spotted y'all 20 points off special teams miscues and JSU still couldn't seal the deal.

Hughes will take another L in the SHC and his seat will only get hotter because the SWAC East will not be kind to your program this year...

That's very ambitious for this year. Next year w/ the same recruiting effort? Hmmmmmmmmm..... Hella' turnaround for only a year 2 coaching staff.

We are going to lose to FBS schools more than likely. If we beat them. Their coaches should be fired immediately. Let's not act like they don't carry more scholarship athletes than a FCS team. But yeah that happened last year until we played the BC. Lost to the FBS teams and won the rest going into that last week.

Secondly outside of Grambling. I don't think SU will be considered the underdog in the rest of the games we play.

Bruh we went to the SCG in 2012 and 2013. We only been down 3 years and when is the last time JSU was down 4 years in a row? Just understand that THOU ART IN TROUBLE!

but at least you knew not to put AlaState on the "want to beat list"... and Alcorn ain't been good but 3 years... out of the last 20.. smh
