It's not right at that age...this is boy who is going through puberty who identifies as a girl...and is competing a physical activity against other high school girls. I fail to see how that isn't a competitive advantage.
For example...and this is an extreme example...but what happens if you have a 16 year old male athlete who is competing against other male athletes, and doing very well at it, decides that he wants to be a girl and compete against girls. How do you tell him that he can't do that, but allow others to do so?
