Former NFL RB Joe McKnight shot and killed in Louisiana





Just a crazy, unfortunate story.

If I remember correctly, the acclaimed book Meat Market surrounded the recruiting of Joe McKnight.

I was thinking the same thing.Probably a Trump supporter who will try and use some kind of "he felt threatened" defense .

*UPDATE*
The man got released and the police "at this time" are not filing charges, stating it was a self defense situation.

If McKnight was apologizing how was it self defense????

I don't know..but this is sad, what will be even sad, when they release the decision on the Auston Sterling situation.

I feel in my heart that those officers will walk. It's been to long. Anytime it's taking them too long, they are just waiting on a good time.

Nothing the police said mentioned self defense.

That was an assumption by the reporters. The cops never stated anything about self defense. I am sure the shooter will claim self defense, but the cops never released anything in that regard.
