Yeah, I'm not right all the time....but when Monte Coleman hired his Friend AJ as OC, we knew what the end result would be right?
 
A good guess....I guess you all have never heard of studying a team's depth, their starters from the previous season, what they have coming back, the background of the entire coaching staff, the schemes they run from a previous season, previous backgrounds, etc.

Playing the game of football instead of an instrument helps you with these things.
 



Oh and to 96Lioness,

Don't get mad at me....You need to listen to fellow UAPB Alums when they tell you Coleman's time is over and it is time to start Fresh....BEFORE things get bad.

Get mad at Monte Coleman.

We both agree on this (bolded statement).

And as for Coach Coleman hiring Coach Anthony Jones, I said it several times in the public boards (our football threads) and in our private forum that hire was a huge mistake that would result in an epic fail, so again, that's no secret to anyone on here.

First of all, I'm not mad at you; I simply responded to a post on the Boards.

Second of all, I have no reason to get mad at Coach Coleman. He's a wonderful man, who loves & professes the Lord, and was a very good Defensive Coordinator for us. Granted he may not be the best coach, but he's what we have in place now and we've accepted that.

Third, don't ever proceed to tell me that I need to listen to my fellow UAPB alums about ANYTHING! I am the Secretary of the Pulaski County UAPB/AM&N Alumni, a local and national dues-paying-member, donor to our UAPB Foundation & Development Fund, Scholarship Committee member, and 2-time nominee for the Young Alumni Spirit award. I'm the one that contacts our local alumni prior to Board decisions concerning all things UAPB and UAPB Alumni! I give my time, talents, and treasures to my school; I know what my folks like and what they don't like and I know when, if necessary, appropriate action will take place about my school, our students, and our alumni.

Again, yes, it was a good guess. Your guess about LSU beating Alabama was a bad one. And since you failed to state any basis' to your guess about Grambling winning the SWAC this year, I again stand by what I said about posters on here not having any concrete basis' to their predictions......and that includes you.

Paid him what? A small raise for him and his staff after back to back SCGs. Surely you jest. You do know Odums makes less than Fobbs right? Probably less than Asberry as well. Don't know what Coleman makes. But Odums is not being over paid compared to other SWAC schools. You need to do your research some more.

You do realize Odums makes less than Fobbs? How did Odums get us? You can't go to the SCG every year. Hell Saban don't go to the SEC title game every year. Dude has been to two SCGs winning one in his first year as permanent head coach and owns everyone except Alcorn right now. But he is over paid?

Dude is in the middle of the pack as far as salaries.

JSU paid OMJ more
GSU paid Fobbs more
ASU paid Jenkins more
Spady makes more at AAMU
Asberry makes more than Odums

Them clowns have no clue. Odums ain't making the big SWAC money. Hell Gram paid Fobbs more than his old boss at McNeese is currently making. LOL.
We all saw what JSU paid Jackson. Heish was making more than Odums at PV too. Don't know what they are paying Simmons. Hopson making 150K plus himself. LOL.
