Two former Vanderbilt Players found guilty of rape

I dint see why Franklin should be in trouble. He kicked them all off the team when it happened.

Man, wait until more of the story comes out bro. He tried to cover that isht up. He called that chick a few times to try and smooth it out also. He ordered them cats to delete that video and pictures too. Dude is just

No he didn't. I've read up on the story. He did talk to the girl but even she said he apologized in the conversation.

That dude would be in jail for trying to cover up a crime.

Franklin knew what happened, the players proved that they texted Franklin, and like pop33 said “Man, wait until more of the story comes out bro. He tried to cover that isht up. He called that chick a few times to try and smooth it out also. He ordered them cats to delete that video and pictures too"

The video was used as evidence in court, now the question to be asked, how come Franklin, was never called to testify as witness for the Prosecutor or Defense.

I ride on Public Transportation, with a few VANDY employees and they were saying that Franklin “knew what happened.”

There were too many VANDY alumni and supporters ($$$) upset with Franklin, because several said during his tenure as head coach “look at the type of players he is bringing to the university, we are not use too, these type of players (read between the lines). That’s one of the reasons, VANDY ($$$) was ready to fire him, they were happy as long as he controlled them. But when this happened, the $$$ realized "we have a problem they are out of control"

VANDY folks, knew in order to continue to win as long as Franklin was HC, he would continue recruiting “those type of players” Franklin, was gone, VANDY was not going allow their image to be tarnished by "those type of players"

Answer:

Franklin, is no longer at VANDY, thus, recruiting “the type of players, we are not use too” Our campus, will no longer be littered with ‘those type of players” Here is the kicker, there we house negro’s at VANDY saying “those type of players”
Please, remember this is 2015, but VANDY is a Southern private school, typical of the Old South with southern ideas and beliefs.

Regardless of what you have read, kicking them off the team is typical of most coaches. That’s like putting a bandage on a 12G, shotgun wound.

Now this is funny, one of the VANDY bus riders said, when the story first hit the media. "These football players think they are not going to be found guilty, they are we are not going to be like the other school."

Dr. H., that was the same damn story that I was told. He was trying to sweet talk that chick at first and smooth things out. He told the players to delete all their evidence.

So y'all just heard this... But there's no expose or testimony or anything written about it? So was he not on vacation when the school called to tell him about it the day they saw the surveillance video?

No man. Knew people who looked into the matter. He tried to help them dudes cover up evidence and get off at first. If Franklin had stayed at Vandy, he would have been fired.

What did he do to try to help the cover it up? If he wasn't the first to find out on the campus, how could he cover anything up?

Does Tennessee now have a "Sandusky law" on the books where officials that now of that kind of thing, but doesn't report it get charged?

The evidence man. They didn't delete them pictures and videos right away. The surveillance tapes didn't show the actual rape.
