But MD, even if they did lose to AAMU. Who do you trust to beat them again? You think JSU would actually help AAMU get to the SCG. They would rather take a brutal arse whooping from the Corn before letting that happen. Alcorn have UAPB and JSU left on the reservation after playing AAMU. That ticket is about as punched to Houston as it can be. LOL. They ain't losing all the rest of their games.

this is our rebuilding year but yet we in 2nd place in the EAST lol

Idc about losing to ALCORN....Im just proud of our young team for fighting and not giving up

congrats to the braves on a good season and rep the east well in Houston

Alcorn will lose to Jackson State and UAPB. All we have to do is beat them. The thing that worries me is we have such a great playing field, the visitors always seem to play better on our field than on their own. The playing surface has a lot to do with the speed of the game.

Jackson is a MUCH better coach than Spady. If JSU had to choose between Spady and Jackson, it would be Jackson all day. When I said soon enough, I mean in the near future. Not this year. Spady won't be able to keep up with JSU, Alcorn, and Alabama State. You will be fighting Valley for last place.. count on it!

How does ONE win make someone a better coach? Comegy went 3-7 one year and lost to Jones but he was CLEARLY a better coach than Jones. So just enjoy your one year win while we are down. ok? :D

TP, we have more resources than the rest of the East. We have been looking for someone to take advantage of it since the late Big Jim came to Normal. When Big Jim was asked why we didn't have certain thing at AAMU, his answer was nobody asked. It has always been if you know what to do with it ask and you will get it. One coach asked why we traveled on two buses and the answer was you made out the schedule. Just simple stuff. Remember your rent is too high on Veteran Memorial Stadium.
