I mean yeah I admit it's double standards when it comes to statutory rape when it comes to gender but it what it is. From what I have read, they didn't force him to have sex. Hell they videotaped it.

Heck I lost my virginity to a 19-20 year old when I was 14. It happens. A lot of guys as 14-15 year old teens prayed for situations of nailing older girls like I did or smoking hot women with jobs like this boy did. If they didn't force themselves on him, it's par for the course.

I agree that I have a double standard on how I view situations like these, but

the law shouldn't. They(justice system) should apply the rules and punishment the same way they would if the genders were reversed. I know that it won't happen like that. The "Legal P*ssy Pass" is going to let these heffas off with a slap on the wrist.

I agree it was against the law, but so is smoking weed, drinking and driving, sex out of wedlock, buying puzzy, do I need to go on? OK now that's out the way. We need to know before we can pass judgment who rode the spoon the most? Who had the better cat, the older one or the youngest one? Who talked the most shyt when he was hitting the pudding? Who took it from the back the best? Who cat was the biggest? I mean how can we past judgement without the details?

Man, I had a WOMAN in my class who was 28 (finnnnnnnnnnnnnnnnnnnnnnnnnnnnnnnnnnnnnnnnnnne.. I'm talking azz, pretty face, dressed good... I was STILL scared.... Look in the real world my daughter will not be left out of my sight after a football game. She is a redbone cheerleader. I'm picking her up after the game and watching her run up stairs.... Yes they should be arrested(PC) based off the law. But how many of you was hoping the fine teacher would let...Never mind you guys were Choir boys!!! Mrs. Davis(lawd the thoughts that ran through my mind) our band teacher went to the corn and wore tight slacks and was fine and bow legged..Let me stop...

It's too late a "pass" right now. I am sure they would have chosen JAIL over being blasted all over the net. They can probably never teach again... and their business is ALL of the US of A! I can't see any punishment worse than that... seriously. I'm sure they want to climb under a rock.. especially the married one. I guess she won't be invited to Thanksgiving dinner at his fam's house!
 
At 11 I was trying to hit 30 year olds. I think I turned out great. At 16 man please I was hitting 30 plus old. Money, alcohol, and ho*s is all a hood nikker knows.........

My brother is 8 years older than me and one of his high school classmates was my teacher. I will leave it at that....

A NUPE had sex with two of his female students and was sentenced right after September 11th. The judge said he was worse than Bin Laden. Initially he got 75 years but was able to get it reduced. He just got out last month. Now the two girls were 17 and seniors when the sexual relationship started. What ended up happening when the girls got grown they found out he was fugging a woman his age. That's what I was getting at when I asked my question (to Pops). I know the thought process of a lot of men on the Forums (in this case) is a sense of pride & pleasure & ego if this happened to them. However, later on, when this child becomes a legally grown man, will he have a problem engaging in a threesome with another grown man and a 16-year old high school girl? And would the same men of the Forums who have daughters/sisters this age have a problem if it was them that engaged in a 3-some with 2 grown men? Lioness a number of guys on this board have not seen a guy come in to prison for fugging an underage because he thought it was cool when a grown woman fugged it. I have seen young men who were 19 and had been messing with a girl since he was 15 get locked up. I'm like damn he just needed someone to talk to him and say leave these young heffas alone....as a matter of fact check out this story:

A dude got locked up because he was 18 messing with a 14 year old. Yes he was wrong. But the mom admitted to fugging the 18 year old boy when he 14 and nothing happened to her. The judge had compasssion for her becuase she was a single mom trying to make it. This young man felt it was cool because someone did it to him.

I think we all agreed it is a double standard. And it is worldwide. Not just in the United States. Men that mess with young women will get thrown under the jail or worse. Young men having sex with an older woman is not viewed the same. Now the law is starting to be more equal with the punishment. But even they have allowed these women to be charged with less of a crime than the men.

Men run society and it's laws. So they think like they would as we have said here on this board as if they were in a 16 year old male body and would they think some woman or women could take a teenage boy against his will to have sex with them. Not saying it can't happen. But these men who sit on the bench obviously don't think so. Because the women teachers have had it much easier than the men teachers. It is the big bad man taking the innocence of a young girl mentality. No matter if the young girl has been screwing around for years. It just seems more demonstrative to society. Let's see how this plays out. I am willing to bet those teachers are not going to get much time if any at all. But if it had been reversed. The men teachers would be looking at some serious time in Angola in La. LOL.

It is the same for domestic abuse. Men will get judged much more severely than a woman when she beats a man. We all know there are some women who can whoop a man too. We have had them in our families. LOL. Again it is not right. Those teachers need to be judged just like a dude would have. As for the kid, he is probably a male hero to his peers and even some men in the community. Sex with a older woman is a rite of passage for men. Been that way forever. Again, not saying it is right. Just the way it is perceived.

Bottom line is Men who make the laws and enforce them don't want their daughters being sexed by men older or even their age. They hate the thought of it and some even have issues letting it go once their daughter is grown. Society views women should stay pure crap. So if a man violates that with a young girl, he is going to pay dearly. On the flip side. Men think it is a right of passage that their sons get them some along the way. As long as they don't take it from somebody (rape). With their daughters, they think the boy or man has done something to get it that aint right.

So you guys are saying the 16 year old will dip back into younger women because it happened to him? guys been dipping back to younger women period. Usually because the girls their age think they are immature and so guys go younger. It's been that way forever. And it was worse before the laws changed...

I'm not saying he will, and I pray he has the adult advisement to tell him right from wrong, but my question is what is his views of adults having sex with underage kids? Believe me child protective services and the court system has appointed some counselors to get his understanding.

I know guys who had this to happen and felt it was cool but ended up getting locked up. So simply because his dick can get hard does he have the maturity to know the difference when he is of age.
